Hey, I\u2019m Joe Quattrocchi<\/span>, the guy behind Goaltending iQ<\/span>. I\u2019ve been a goalie pretty much my whole life \u2014 starting out in Timbits hockey<\/span> here in the Ottawa Valley. The position hooked me early, and I\u2019ve been chasing pucks ever since.<\/p>\n I played my minor hockey in the Valley, then moved to Ottawa and went on to play Junior A<\/span> with the Smiths Falls Bears<\/span>, Fort McMurray Oil Barons<\/span>, and Drayton Valley Thunder<\/span>. From there, I played NCAA hockey at Hamilton College<\/span>. I was also lucky enough to be drafted by the Ottawa 67\u2019s<\/span>, get invited three times to the Montreal Canadiens development camp<\/span>, and later had the chance to learn from some incredible NHL goalie coaches<\/span>. Like every young goalie, my dream was to play in the NHL. These days, the dream is to help the next generation chase theirs \u2014 to pass on what I\u2019ve learned, both on and off the ice.<\/p>\n Goaltending iQ<\/span> is all about helping goalies train smarter. It\u2019s not just about technique or drills; it\u2019s about developing the confidence, awareness, and hockey sense that make goalies stand out.
